Description
Canthoplasty is a surgical procedure aimed at tightening and reshaping the outer corner of the eye (lateral canthus) to improve the function and aesthetics of the eyelids. An incision is made at the outer corner of the eyelid to access the tendon that is responsible for the shape and tension of the eyelid.
