From the start to the end procedure for my upper and lower eyelids' surgery, the staff, Dr. Young-Kee You and the nurses do their works satisfactorily. I would like to give additional compliments and gratitude to one of the staff, Ellie who is speaking English well, as without her, it would take more time to communicate and understand the prep & post procedures. She is very helpful as additional asset/benefit for the clinic. Dr. You does as well communicates in English well with patient explanation for the process with his professional recommendation. Not forgetting, I would like to especially thank to the nurse (sorry I forgot asking her name) who accompanied me until 10:30 pm until I am allowed and ready to leave the clinic after the surgery. Overall, I am glad with my final decision to have Roi Plastic Surgery for my eyelids' surgery. I highly recommend it.
