I was bothered by my heavy-looking eyes and had been considering getting thinner double eyelids, so I was looking through reviews and it seemed like Director Jang Nam-won does exactly the style of double eyelids I wanted, which is why I decided on Made Young Plastic Surgery Clinic!

• Pre-procedure concerns
I had always been strongly opposed to cosmetic procedures, so surgery was never on my mind. But because my double eyelids were uneven, I got a plasma treatment at a clinic known in Gangnam just to even out one side — and as a side effect, I developed a folded crease on the treated eye, which is what led me to start looking into options.

• Consultation experience
I chose Made Young because they told me that even without incision surgery, a simple natural adhesion procedure could correct the folded crease. As for choosing the director, when I lined up before-and-after results from reviews, I consistently saw the eye shape I was looking for from Director Jang Nam at Made Young, so that's who I went with. People around me had been discouraging me from getting surgery before I even went in, so I wanted to preserve the strengths of my eyes while only fixing the parts I disliked — and after carefully going through the reviews, I felt that approach would be a good fit here.

• Procedure results
After the natural adhesion revision surgery, surprisingly there was no pain at all — not even that same day or the next. However, I did get severe bruising on one side, and the deep black bruise lasted until about day 10, which was a bit of a struggle. But since the swelling wasn't too bad, people couldn't tell I had eyelid surgery and just thought I'd been hit by something 😅

• Additional comments
Since I already had double eyelids to begin with, no one can tell unless I tell them — but the complex I'd been carrying on my own has been resolved, so I'm definitely satisfied with the results! I wanted to look naturally prettier without anything overdone. I'm currently waiting for the remaining swelling to go down a little more. I'll upload progress photos again later.Sonnet 4.6

My biggest concern was that my pupils were being covered, giving me a tired-looking appearance. I wanted a more defined look with bigger-looking eyes, and at the same time I wanted to have revision surgery on my existing uneven double eyelid lines.
The reason I chose Made Young was because of the good reviews — I went around to do my research in person, and Director Jang Nam immediately understood the look I was going for, so I booked my date on the spot that same day.
After the incision revision surgery, ptosis correction, and upper canthoplasty, I was surprised by how little bruising there was. The swelling is still there since it was an incision procedure, but I feel like it still has more to go down — and each time it reduces a little more, I like the result even more, so I'm looking forward to the 6-month mark. For now, what I'm happiest about is that both sides of my line are now even.
