I want to share my personal experience with Opera Plastic Surgery to help others make informed decisions. Initially, I chose this clinic with hopes of enhancing my appearance safely and naturally. However, the results fell far short of expectations, leading to complications that required revision surgery. While the clinic offered a revision, I was asked to sign a non-disparagement agreement that restricted me from sharing my experience publicly.

Post-revision, issues persisted — including an unnatural-looking nose tip, ongoing redness, asymmetry, and a growing chin scar. Despite being assured that implants/fillers were removed, a hospital MRI later confirmed residual material remained.

What’s most disheartening is that as a foreigner, once things go wrong, seeking accountability is nearly impossible. I repeatedly requested medical records and receipts over two years — none were provided. Efforts to obtain a refund were ignored, leaving me to bear not just the financial burden of further treatments, but also significant emotional and psychological stress.

This experience has taught me the importance of transparency, documentation, and caution when seeking medical procedures abroad. I hope by sharing this, others can avoid the same pain.
